Non-Anxious Presence Journal for Leaders

$15.00

An interactive journal designed for pastors and church leaders serving in congregations who experience what is often defined as "chronic anxiety." Utilizing research in both the fields of family systems theory and collective trauma as well as a theological understanding of pastor as shepherd, this journal seeks to equip pastors and church leaders to change the anxiety temperature first within themselves and then around them.

*Note this is only the digital download of the journal. As much of this journal is designed for an increase in self-awareness for the leader it is recommended that leaders engage in reflection with others on their experience with the various activities provided. To schedule a call with one of our trauma-informed partners, visit our contact page.
